Customer Acquisition Specialist


- The Customer Acquisition Specialist is responsible for new customer acquisition campaigns across the local Sacramento area. They will develop and execute in-field, residential advertising strategies

- Acquisition specialists work in a range of industries, overseeing efforts by a company to acquire goods, property, services and even employees. An acquisition specialist's responsibilities vary, depending on the industry and area of responsibility. 


- However, all acquisition specialists must have strong analytical and research skills, be impeccable communicators, and be able to identify and resolve problems.

- Regardless of the industry where they work, acquisition specialists develop and review acquisition strategies. They may also participate in the actual procurement process. For example, a property acquisition specialist tasked with finding property for the company to buy may reach out to the owner on behalf of the company. An acquisition specialist who works with a company's human resources department may identify and meet with candidates for open positions and recommend which candidates to hire. Acquisition specialists also review results of procurement efforts and course-correct when necessary.

- A large part of an acquisition specialist's job involves administrative tasks. For example, she may need to manage a vendor database, create and process purchase orders, draft acquisition-related documents, and create a company's acquisition guidelines and tactics. Talent acquisition specialists, for example, may create and post job listings on online job boards. To identify where needs exist, acquisition specialists also work closely with other departments and parts of companies. Acquisition specialists may also function as supervisors, especially those who oversee staff or train new employees.

- B2B Sales & BD, preferably for software / IT products & solutions. SaaS Sales experience is a plus

- Experience of selling to real estate builders / construction companies is a plus Experience of presenting to & conducting conversations with senior / CXO / VP level executives at large companies

- Demonstrated ability of managing the end-to-end sales process and winning deals in a fast paced, challenging environment (preferably at a startup)

- 5 Days a week Full Time
