Specialist - Content Development (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Deliver content that meets business requirements and user needs; and aligns to the marketing strategy.
- Regularly create various content types, including case studies, social media posts, emailers, blogs, whitepapers, website copy, landing pages, newsletters, PR articles and presentations. Use various research techniques to gather information and requirements :
- Interviewing experts, poring over documentation, etc.
- Work with SEO specialist to create strategic SEO friendly content to increase keyword rankings. Coordinate with Product, Engineering & Development teams to gather and present technically accurate information about products and services.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams for content design and distribution.
- Updating and Maintaining Brand's Social Media Profiles including LinkedIN, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube.
- Create content marketing and distribution strategies based on business objectives. Review and edit content produced by other members of the team.
- Measure performance quantitatively and present monthly performance reports.
- Assisting and reporting to the head of marketing.

Desired Qualifications:
The incumbent shall possess both or either of the following qualifications :
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Marketing, English Literature, Journalism or Engineering.
Skills Requirements :
The incumbent, apart from the above qualifications shall possess the following skills :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, impeccable spelling and grammar.
- Good Experience in Email Marketing, blogging and Automation.
- Demonstrable content writing or copywriting experience in a professional an/or promotional capacity. Writing content around a technology theme and for a B2B audience is a preferred. Advanced research and organizational skills.
- Due to the nature of the company's offerings, the candidate must be tech-savvy or have an interest towards innovative technologies.
- A candidate must know what Augmented & Virtual Reality technologies are! Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with keyword placement and other SEO best practices Strong desire to learn along with professional drive. A proactive attitude is a must.
