Specialist - Business Development - IT Staffing (0-3 yrs)
Key roles and responsibility :
- Researching organizations and individuals online on web and social media, LinkedIn etc. to identify new leads and potential Customers
- Researching the needs of the Customers and identify key decision makers for recruitment.
- Contacting potential Customers via phone and email for pitching services, gathering human resource requirement and set up meetings.
- Perform follow-ups customers on a regular basis.
- Maintaining continuous relationships with customers.
Qualification and skills :
- MBA
- Very good communication skills in English preferably with US accent.
- Candidates with convent background preferred.
- Complete Night shift working.
