Job Description

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Sourcing, contacting and pitching to relevant experts for SpeakIn's client projects

- Interacting with the sales and client management team to understand client requirements and conduct time-sensitive research requests

- Use multiple search tools to find and recruit fitting experts in line with the SpeakIn quality standards

Requirements:

- ~2 years of experience in Business Research/ Secondary research/ Lead generation/ Recruitment/ Outreach

- Hands-on experience working on research engagements preferably in a client-facing environment

- Superior communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral, written and presentation abilities

- Self-motivated to exceed personal weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets

- Bachelor's degree preferably from top-tier college

- Strong problem-solving skills and desire to learn about new topics

- Ability to work effectively, independently and/or collaboratively in a team

- Demonstrated commitment and attention to detail, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

- Ability to build and manage relationships across the full professional spectrum including senior colleagues and extremely senior outside professionals
