Title : Regional Sales Lead - South
Role : Sales
Qualification : Graduation/Post Graduation
Salary : 10-12Lpa
About the role :
- Acquire new customers
- Build and manage client base
- Handle end to end servicing requirements of the customer
- Coordinate with our team and the client for cylinders, design proofs, production schedule, delivery schedule, logistics etc.
- Take ownership/responsibility for business and P/L under your purview
- Build and manage a suitable team in your region
- Provide on ground support for your sales associates
Experience & Skills required :
- 6 to 10 years of experience in sales. (B2B or industrial sales)
- Ability to work with MSME and small business enterprises as clients
- Willingness to travel extensively- Excellent communication skills
- Familiar with CRM software- Ability to work with data metrics and analytics
- Desire to work in challenging and high growth environment
- Ability to manage a team Language preference #kannada #tamil#Telugu#Malayalam
