Job Responsibilities :
1.Region's Growth : Achieving and surpassing targets for the assigned region. This includes developing and implementing effective trade strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding the customer base.
2. Customer Relationship Management : Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and customers in the region. This includes understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. New Business Development : Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market share. This includes prospecting for new clients, conducting market research, and developing strategies to penetrate new markets.
4. Process Improvement : Continuously improving sales processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This includes identifying bottlenecks, streamlining workflows, and implementing sales automation tools or CRM systems.
5. Team Management : Leading and managing field team. This involves setting targets, providing guidance and support to team members, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
6. Reporting and Analysis : Generating regular sales reports and analyzing key performance metrics. This provides insights into sales performance, identifies areas for improvement, and facilitates data-driven decision-making.
