Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka. This is a Work-from-Office position.

Responsibilities:

- Lead B2B sales and ops of Bangalore city.

- Training existing clients on product and managing key accounts

- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

- Coordinating with product and tech teams

Requirements :

- Looking for someone who will stay with us for 3-4 years

- Immediate joiner (within a week)

- Qualification: Graduate

- Highest levels of integrity

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.

- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

- Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills.

- Should know start-up culture and the difference between working in MNCs and start ups.
