Spartek Ceramics India - Regional Sales Manager - Tiles Vertical (10-12 yrs)
Job description :
1) Responsible for Sales of Tiles from the multiple locations and achievement of individual as well as team targets.
2) Establish sales objectives by preparing a monthly budget.
3) Appoint and develop new dealers
4) Initiate visits, address enquiries and regular follow up with Projects, architects and builders.
5) Accountable for product wise Sales target for Volume and Value.
6) Needs to have good knowledge of Dealer Schemes and well versed in discounts and pricing.
7) Networking skills to ensure continuous customer interaction with a view to set the brand presence in the market place.
Experience :
At least 10-12 Years of experience in Selling Building Materials through Dealers in any reputed organisation with a minimum of 4 years' experience in Tiles. Prefer backgrounds from building materials like Cement, Paints, Bath fittings, home interior products, windows, doors, tiles, Sanitary ware etc.
Skills Required :
Good communication and negotiation skills, sales planning and developing budgets, building relationships with customers, market knowledge and basic computer skill.
