Spartan Engineering - Manager/Senior Manager - Business Development (5-12 yrs)
Job Title: Manager / Sr. Manager - Business Development (2nos.)
Job Location: Mumbai (Andheri) (Area to Handle - South Mumbai/ Thane/ Navi Mumbai)
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Should have ability to drive sales of the region as per target set.
- Understand the potential at the region and develop market for Spartan.
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Responsible for setting quotas, evaluating, and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
- Provides support to upper management in deal negotiations, contract development, due diligence, and other business development or alliance development projects.
- Assists the marketing department with the planning of marketing and promotions, including advertising, special sales, and subsidiary rights.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company practice leaders
- Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients -needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiation.
- Efficient in making weekly MIS, forecast sales targets, Track, and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
- Understand the company's goal and purpose so that will be continual to enhance the company's performance in the region
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Minimum 5yrs of relevant sales & marketing experience in Elevator business.
- Should be graduate from any stream.
- Ability to work independently with customers, consultants, etc. to develop strong relationships and generate new business, while helping grown existing client base.
- Will be involved in direct selling, hence must have Bike or Car.
- Target oriented and Self Driven sales professional
- Strong client base of Builders, Architects & Contractors
- Strong Time Management and Presentation Skills
