Sparsa Digital - Senior Sales Executive (2-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.=
Customer Engagement : Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients to understand their needs and provide information about the products or services that align with their requirements.
Sales Presentations : Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the company's offerings, addressing customer concerns and objections effectively.
Sales Negotiation : Conduct negotiations with prospective clients to close deals while ensuring that both parties' needs are met, and the company's revenue targets are achieved.
Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting repeat business.
Sales Targets : Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management, demonstrating a consistent track record of achieving and surpassing quotas.
Market Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
CRM Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions using the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer loyalty.
Sales Reporting : Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses for management, providing insights into sales activities, successes, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid understanding of the industry and the products or services offered by the company.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
