We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced senior business development manager to join our dynamic team. The manager will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth in line with company objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of digital signage, OOH, Hardware Sales, or sales of any other B2B service model.Additionally, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, optimize processes, and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to support overall business objectives.

- Stay informed about industry developments, competitors, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on sales performance, forecasts, and strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.

Strong understanding of P & L workings, Team handling, Strategies / innovations .

- Should have experience in Hardware / Project based / Digital Sigange / LED / Customized products industry

- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients and colleagues.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.

- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
