Sparsa Digital - Executive - Technical Support (0-3 yrs)
I. Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
II. Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
III. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
IV. Produce timely and detailed service reports
V. Document processes
VI. Provide the support on the calls
VII. Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols
VIII. Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organisation
IX. Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
X. Build positive relationships with customers
XI Should have good command over Ms word, MS Office & Excel.
XII Team Handling experience would be an added advantage
