Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of experience in business development within the IT Services and Consulting industry. A self-starter with exceptional communication skills, the candidate will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and delivering value-driven solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting :

- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media.

- Research industry trends and target accounts to create a robust sales pipeline.

2. Client Engagement :

- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.

- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.

3. Sales and Business Development :

- Collaborate with internal teams to design and propose tailored IT service and consulting solutions.

- Meet or exceed sales targets by converting leads into long-term partnerships.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.

4. Market Research and Strategy :

- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.

- Contribute to the development of sales strategies to achieve business growth.

5. Reporting and Documentation :

- Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and client information using CRM tools.

- Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on sales performance and market insights.

Key Skills and Competencies :

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and build rapport with clients.

- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively and build lasting professional relationships.

- Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze client requirements and propose value-driven solutions.

- Persuasion and Negotiation: Ability to influence decision-making and close deals successfully.

- Time Management: Effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with MBA preferred.

- 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

- Experience in inside sales, including managing sales pipelines and engaging with clients remotely.

- Foundational understanding of US, UK, and APAC business landscapes.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other networking platforms.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior experience or internship in an international market-focused role.

- Knowledge of industry-specific challenges and opportunities in the target geographies.

- Ability to adapt communication styles to suit diverse cultural contexts.
