SparesHub.com, is an automobile parts and services e-commerce company in Pune. We are team of motivated and energetic professionals chasing the dream of redefining the Indian spare parts distribution industry.

We are currently seeking mid-entry level sales talent focused on lead generation to join our Sales & Marketing Team in Pune. We are looking for highly-motivated, professional team players interested in playing a key role in enabling our new business sales.

Job Description :

- Initiate contact with prospects, creating initial interest and positioning SparesHub.com services.

- Responsible for using primary and secondary research techniques/ existing database/ customer list to identify and confirm potential customers, nurture prospects to develop solution interest, discover requirements, and generate enquiries.

- Direct Interaction with customers over the Phone.

- Conduct proactive outbound contact campaigns (phone) to dive deeply into existing prospects. Present key selling points, features and benefits while remaining focused on the prospects needs and expectations.

- Closely monitor and assess prospects as they move through the sales pipeline.

- Maintain customer relationship by proactively reaching out to seek possible sales opportunity.


- Build credibility and strong working relationships with decision makers who do not show initial interest in our offerings, but may need our services in the future.

- Contact, qualify and nurture inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns.

- Responds to customer enquiries regarding orders, billing inquiries and technical problem notifications.

- Co-ordinate with Sales & Marketing departments on promotions or sales offers.

Candidate Profile :

- Only Female Candidates required.

- Prior inside sales/marketing experience will be an added advantage.

- Experience and comfort with prospecting/ cold calling.

- A disciplined approach to managing your work and your sales efforts on a daily basis.

- Able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity.

- Technical acumen and interest - Cars/parts/Automobiles.

- Candidates must be comfortable with aggressive sales targets.
