Job Summary: The Client Servicing Manager will serve as strategic point of contact for S.P.A.G's clients also parallelly manage and grow our existing client accounts by devising client strategy, developing client relationships and delivering client objectives.
Experience: 4+ years experience in the Client Servicing/Account Management profile with the Advertising or Healthcare industry.

Key Deliverables:
1. Independently handle S.P.A.G Asia's clientele, to drive business growth through existing clients by developing a proactive action plan for accounts to meet client retention and business targets.
2. Attend client meetings individually or with colleagues to ensure that S.P.A.G Asia is recognised for professional excellence, innovation above and beyond our competitors.
3. Possess interest in the healthcare industry and a drive to stay up to date on industry trends and latest news.
4. Independently manage and develop media strategy plan, pitch presentations by researching and obtaining in depth knowledge about the client's products or services.
5. To proactively advise clients about digital marketing developments and ensure that campaign strategies are adapted in vogue to meet all relevant requirements including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), paid search, Social Media, Display Advertising. Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, website design, inbound marketing & more.
6. In support with the internal team, successfully articulate innovative & engaging content ideas (Articles, Snippets, Infographics, Emailers, Contests, Polls, Quizzes, etc) for client project execution.
7. Liaising with the internal team to ensures that advertising strategies are clearly defined, approved by clients, and understood by the creative team.
8. To ensure that client report utilises the right metrics, includes clear actions of achievement against agreed objectives. 9. To ensure that reports are professionally written, and proof read, adhering to all relevant company style & guidelines.
Academic/Educational Requirements:
- Any Graduate Degree + MBA (Pharma or clinical background will be plus)
Required Skills/Experience:
1. An astute professional having strong experience in Client Servicing with agency background and expertise in handling multiple client account, along with business development experience.
2. Excellent Verbal and Written Communication with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including but not restricted to Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Strong Ability to research, analyse and create exceptional pitch presentations, support data and organised client management plan.
4. Ability to apply numerical skills to analyse data, interpretation of facts and figures presented in the form of statistical tables and diagrams, think critically and check for errors or variance from targets
5. Excellent attention to detail, an exceptionally high degree of initiative and adaptability, and the ability to multi-task.
