Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Telecaller to join our team at Chheda International. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in generating leads, managing social media inquiries, coordinating sales activities, and supporting the sales team to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :


1. Lead Generation :

- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities using various channels such as online platforms, networking events, industry conferences, and referrals.

- Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and engage potential clients.

2. Social Media Management :

- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries on social media platforms.

- Maintain an active and engaging presence to generate interest and leads.

3. Sales Coordination :

- Schedule and arrange meetings for the sales team and directors with prospective clients.

- Utilize CRM systems to manage, track meeting schedules, and outcomes effectively.

4. WhatsApp Chatbot Management :

- Oversee the implementation and management of the WhatsApp chatbot for efficient customer interaction and lead generation.

- Monitor chatbot performance and ensure regular updates for an improved user experience.

5. Sales Team Management :

- Supervise and guide the sales team to ensure they meet their targets and objectives.

- Provide necessary support, training, and guidance to enhance team performance.

6. Travel and Route Planning :


- Plan and optimize travel routes for the sales team to maximize efficiency and reduce travel time.

7. Reporting and Data Management :

- Directly report to the Director of Sales with regular updates on lead generation, sales activities, and team performance.

- Ensure daily forms are accurately filled, backed with data, and submitted on time.

- Analyze sales data to generate insights and recommend areas of improvement.

Qualifications & Skills :


- Proven experience in telecalling, lead generation, or a similar role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM systems and social media platforms.

- Organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Analytical skills for data management and reporting.

- Experience in managing or supporting a sales team is a plus.
