SP Roboticworks - Business Development/Franchisee Development Role (5-9 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
The duties and responsibilities of the position include but not limited to :
- Understanding and responding to potential franchisee inquiries
- Interviewing and assessing franchise applicants)
- Reach out to potential leads through diverse methods including tele calling.
- Advise Customers on the Franchise model through structured Counselling Sessions.
- Handle Price Negotiation to generate Revenue)
- To achieve monthly franchise recruitment targets for self Job requirements
- A proven experience of 6 to 8 years of sales career in franchisee appointments in India
- An experience of working in a retail company/EduTech and a knowledge of franchise development in the same is highly preferable.
- Excellent relationship building, excellent business acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
