SP Robotic Works - Sales Operations Role (6-8 yrs)
Job Role :
SP Robotic works Sales Operations mission is to enable data backed decision making. The team wants candidates who are interested in changing the way companies do business from the inside out. We are looking for a Sales Ops who will work directly with sales head/TL to define the go-to-market strategy and help grow the organization.The focus of this work will be designing and executing strategic sales initiatives as well as providing operational systems, reporting, and analytical support.
Key Responsibilities :
The duties and Responsibilities of the position include but not limited to:
1) Manage the sales operations process to enable sales team productivity.
2) will ensure daily sales matrix, total number of calls done, demo done on daily basis.
3) Sales forecasting for goal setting, using past data and indicators.
4) Managing matrix/analytics program to help sales head/TL make data backed business decisions.
5) Improve our sales process through the implementation of better measurement and execution.
6) Delivering valuable and timely reporting to sales head.
Education/ Experience :
- 6-8 years Experienced on sales operations.
- Previous edtech industry experience is an added advantage
- Have owned the end to end process of tracking the sales process and conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.
- Know when its needed to adjust in order to imporve sales performance down the funnel.
- Built reports that informs sales manager/head and leadership on historical results, current performance, and expected results in future.
