SP Robotic Works - Manager - Franchise Development (2-6 yrs)
Eligibility :
- We are looking for Aggressive and Passionate Go- getters who are in line with our Mission and Vision!
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Must have the ability to comply with the internal CRM in following up Qualitative Leads and converting them to join us as Franchises.
- Highly Preferred if one has experience in selling to any of the two industries - Franchisee appointing in Education or Restaurants and has brief knowledge regarding Robotics, IoT and Technology Oriented Areas
- Also, an experience of 2 to - 5 years of sales career in franchisee appointments in India is preferred.
Excellent relationship building, Negotiation and diplomatic Client Handling skills are definitely needed from -you!
Overall - Creativity, Meeting sales goals, Sales planning skills and a Motivation for sales is what we are looking for!!
Job Description:
- Running sales hurdles on a regular basis as required by the company.
- Understanding and responding to potential franchisee inquiries.
- Interviewing and assessing franchise applicants
- Arranging promotional activities to enhance sales.
- Management of the entire franchisee recruitment process from lead management to the sign-up of a new franchise
- Approach prospects and close deals individually, apart from the team management.
- Commitment of monthly & quarterly franchise recruitment target for self & team and go all out to reach them.
