SP Robotic Works - Executive - Business Development (1-6 yrs)
Eligibility :
- Minimum 1 year experience in Business Development
- MBA professionals preferred.
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Go getter attitude with prior achievements appreciated.
- Excellent communication skills, Good convincing/presentation skills
- Team player, should be able to work under pressure as & when required.
Job Description:
- Maintain good relationship with the Franchisees.
- Develop Marketing Plans for the franchisees to achieve the target of lead generation.
- Ensure the proper execution of the marketing activities at the franchises
- Understand the problems and challenges of the franchisees and provide solution to the same with consultation from MMCEO.
- Ensure the suggested systems/ processes are deployed & practiced in the franchise.
- Cold Calling of Leads to achieve the sales target in every Franchise
- Calling all incoming leads to achieve the target in every Franchise
- Scheduling the Maker Lab visits for every lead to be counselled
- Monitor and assess the counselling session provided by the franchisees to the new leads, to ensure conversion.
- Achieve the target of new signups in every Franchise
- Ensure that Company's brand is communicated and maintained in all franchisee communications and marketing activities.
