SP Robotic Works - Admission Counsellor - Sales (1-2 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the position include but not limited to:
1) Understand Customer profile & their needs.
2) Reach out to parents & students through diverse methods including tele callers.
3) Advice students & parents learning needs through structured Counseling Sessions.
4) Fix appointments and conduct Online demo sessions on daily basis including follow up session.
5) Suggest appropriate solutions to customer needs.
6) Handle Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue.
Education/ Experience :
- Experienced as an admission counselor or in similar role to generate sales.
- Customer inbound request - ticketing system.
- Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and parents) behavior.
- Previous educational industry experience is an added advantage.
- Learn/ Upgrade one's own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target (s)
Other Competencies :
- Good communication skills in English and being multi linguistic are an added advantage.
- Confident & Strong sales, negotiation and convincing skills.
- Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business target
