- Calling active and budding clients.
- Noting important details of each conversation
- Calling Leads and forwarding same to the Sales Team.
- Follow up with the sales Team.
- Knowledge of Customer Support.
- Any Adhoc work given by the seniors.
- Sending report on time, as an when required.
-Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a telecaller or similar.
