Sourcing Manager - Sales - Real Estate (2-18 yrs)
Job Description:
- Ensure project sales targets are met through channel partners.
- Engage with channel partners daily.
- Implement a mechanism for evaluating and categorizing channel partners by setting targets and reviewing their performance.
- Ensure continuous improvement and upgrades to the channel process, including regular product and price updates for channel partners.
- Plan and execute multiple channel partner events during pre-launch, launch, and sustenance phases.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, campaigns, and events with key channel partners for their customers.
- Continuously improve the channel partner experience.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and keep records.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors and their activities at regular intervals.
- Responsible for outbound meetings and deal closures.
