Sourcewiz - Sales Development Representative (1-7 yrs)
Job Description :
Role and Responsibilities :
- Represent our Sourcewiz platform & products, starting with a comprehensive understanding and
leading to consumer research to identify how our solution meets needs.
- Utilise email, social media including linkedin, and cold calling to generate new sales opportunities.
- Identify prospect leads and suggest appropriate products and build long-term trusting relationships
with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Setup meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and the on-ground sales team.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for the next steps.
- Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation playbook.
Qualifications and Skills :
- 2+ years of experience as sales professional or business development representative with a history of exceeding lead targets.
- Strong communication skills via phone and email.
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organisation.
- Proven creative problem solving approach and strong analytical skills.
Compensation: Best in the industry.
