Description : As an Inside Sales Team Lead, you will actively drive the inbound leads into conversion aligned with the sales objectives and take complete ownership of the inbound sales and support process.
Responsibilities :
- Identifying potential prospects through cold calling and emails.
- Maintaining client relationships and working closely with cross-functional teams for account management.
- Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects.
- Ensure timely follow-ups by passing leads to the Account Managers/Sales team with dates, complete profile information, sources and contact information.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree or Equivalent experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Knows about basic excel.
- Comfortable working in a team.
- Genuine Persuasiveness.
- Ability to be persistent.
- Problem solving and decision making skills.
