SourceRFX - Director - B2B/Industrial Sales (5-10 yrs)
We are SourceRFX (www.sourcerfx.com), an industrial B2B startup. Our vision is to connect progressive Small & Medium industries with larger companies and the global supply chain through an Open Business Networking platform offering solutions and services both on the buy and sell side to enable business deals online.
Part of this initiative is to empower manufacturing SMEs to operate and obtain advantages like large enterprises. We are currently targeting precision machine shops and fabrication units.
Responsibilities :
- Help develop business strategy to attract contract manufacturing job shops/fabrication units to join the network as members/affliates
- Identify and connect with suitable machine shops, OEM customers and suppliers to advocate value proposition of the platform & services, build adoption and monitor operations to deliver overall value to all stakeholders
Requirements :
- Should be familiar with the supply and demand side with industrial engineering background.
- Ideally a management graduate from one of the top tier school with engineering background
- Good networking, communication, relationship building and negotiation skills would be essential to be successful in this role
- Personality - dynamic and entrepreneurial individual with integrity and can do attitude
