SourceRFX - Business Development Role (1-5 yrs)
- Online / Offline market research to Identify & gather data about suitable leads based on high level direction
- Build relationship with leads over phone, email or in-person to explain about SourceRFX platform benefits, promotions
- Get basic understanding of customer - line of business- to maintain professional connection with the lead
- Develop business model or strategies to increase the database of registered member under free trail - account, software demo and consistent follow up to convert member as paid client.
- Gogetter attitude, to built and work with field marketing team to coordinate site visits and subsequent follow ups as needed
- Ensure the effective delivery of all projects from customer on boarding to the entire project lifecycle management following the systems and processes
- Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers, including consultants.
- Provide support to the Operations Manager and Director on all other tasks allocated

- Demonstrated ability to develop and introduce innovations to project management
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with an ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Demonstrated team management skills but also an ability to work productively in teams, building cohesive environment
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and in written form at all levels of authority
Marketing & Convincing Skills :
- Ability to capture the services from the software quickly
- Quick learner, Self Motivated and Directed
- Communicate Quality standards and maintain customer satisfaction Index.
