- Upselling of Cable/ Internet/ Telephone products
Job Role :
Customer service associate - Handling Chat for the various telecom /cable Service/sales
- Customer Handling and closing the issues by resolving them.
- Technical/service support.
Ideal Candidate Should :
- Have excellent English communication skills
- Work Module- Hybrid (work from home & Work from Office)
- Rotational offs/ Rotational shifts
- Willing to work rotational shifts (night shift)
- Can join immediately
- Should hold all relevant documents.
- Both freshers & work experienced can apply with relevant documents (offer letter, relieving letter and pay slips)
- Experience in BPO domain is preferred.
- Both doses vaccinated with certificate
