Job Overview :

Achieve and surpass targets for the assigned region by developing and implementing trade strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding the customer base.

Create :

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market share.

- Conduct market research and prospect for new clients.

- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets.

- Achieve regional growth targets by expanding the customer base.

Nurture :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.

- Understand client needs and address concerns.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Lead and support the field team by setting targets and providing guidance.

Manage :

- Continuously improve sales processes and methodologies.

- Identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows.

- Implement sales automation tools or CRM systems.

- Generate sales reports and analyze performance metrics for data-driven decision-making.

We Are Looking For Someone With :

- Proven experience in business development and regional growth.

- Strong customer relationship management skills.

- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

- Experience in process improvement and sales analysis.

- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
