JOB OVERVIEW :

- We are seeking a skilled Business Development Associate with expertise in telecalling, subscription sales, cold calling, and exceptional convincing abilities. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our business by generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company and achieve significant milestones in sales and revenue.

Create :

- Conduct outbound calls to introduce products/services, sparking interest among potential clients.

- Implement tailored sales strategies to acquire new customers, ensuring targets are met.

- Utilize persuasive techniques to address client needs, overcome objections, and successfully close sales deals.

Nurture:

- Engage leads and prospects through follow-up calls, emails, and other channels to nurture relationships.

- Offer personalized support to address customer inquiries and ensure a positive experience.

- Conduct satisfaction surveys, gather feedback, and explore upselling opportunities for existing accounts.

Manage :

- Foster strong client relationships for satisfaction and retention.

- Coordinate internally for smooth sales order execution and timely delivery.

- Monitor market, competitors, and feedback for growth opportunities, providing regular performance updates to management.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH :

- Proven experience in tele calling, subscription sales, cold calling, or related fields.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate product/service features and benefits - persuasively. Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills to overcome resistance and close sales.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and pipeline tracking.
