Responsibilities :

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business development opportunities within the logistics sector.

- Proactively generate leads through various channels, including industry events, networking, and online research.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and understanding of their business needs.

- Utilize direct experience in lead generation within the logistics industry to drive sales growth.

- Engage in cold outreach through emails, phone calls, and on-site visits to establish connections with potential clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.

- Meet and exceed sales targets through a strategic and customer-centric approach.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative with a focus on lead generation and business development within the logistics industry.

- Demonstrated success in cold outreach through emails, phone calls, and on-site visits with potential clients.

- In-depth knowledge of logistics industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain client relationships.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Familiarity with CRM software for effective lead tracking and management.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Previous experience in a sales role within the logistics or supply chain industry.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Knowledge of logistics software and solutions.
