Job Overview -
- To pursue potential buyers from the polymer industry, explain the business model of Source.One and convert them to do business with Source.One
KRAs :
- Reach out to the buyers as per the data given by Source.One
- Coordinate with the HO team for key buyers and schedule meetings with the business owners of the buyers
- Understand their business requirements in brief before scheduling the meeting, to have fruitful and intelligent conversations
- Explain the business model of Source.One to the buyers
- Pitch for doing business with Source.One and explain the benefits of the same
- Pursue the buyers for higher conversion and business volume
Ideal fit :
- Hustler with a high level of motivation
- Hunger for business and personal growth
- Minimum 2 yrs of relevant work experience (B2B experience would be preferred)
- High level of integrity and work ethics
- Fond of traveling within and outside the base city
- Local Language proficiency will be highly preferred
