Soulflower - Key Accounts Manager - Sales (2-3 yrs)
- Responsible for conducting, operating, and increasing the business of Soulflower on key offline channels with sales plan to achieve budgeted numbers
- Monitoring and improving fill rates
- Ensuring TOT adherence for all accounts
- Financial reconciliation of sales and credit notes on a monthly basis
- Receivables management
- Quarterly stock forecasting
- Ensuring timely MIS circulation to all concerned stakeholders
- Consumer promo planning with chains as well as with internal stakeholders
- Monitoring and tracking consumer promotions or any other BTL activations effectiveness
- Manage in-store visibility that can help increase our customer base
- Plan & manage inventory, optimise content for listings and listing hygiene as per platform standards/guidelines, and ensure our top-sellers are in category/subcategory sales rank with good visibility and self presence.
- Managing receivables and tracking payments from the vendor partners
- Competition Mapping : constantly track competitor brands and products, comparative category share of Soulflower and work on increasing it
- Customer Journey Mapping at chain level for Soulflower
- GTM for new product launches in the respective chains
