- As our team is expanding we are looking for a vendor relationship manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing relationships with vendors & companies that supply products and services to our ecommerce for mental wellness, SHOP@SOULSARA. They will work to ensure that vendors meet or exceed their contractual obligations by delivering quality products and services on time. The vendor relationship manager will also be responsible for developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors. They will connect with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing, and communicate.

- They will also conduct research on available vendors to determine which ones are the best fit for our ecommerce. Some of the other responsibilities of a vendor relationship manager include identifying and tracking all vendor risks to ensure they have mitigated risks outlined properly or have a plan to mitigate, monitoring performance, issues and financial changes within the vendor organization, and facilitating and promoting vendor management awareness.

5. Responsibilities :

5.1 Build and manage relationships with vendors that supply products and services to our ecommerce for mental wellness.

5.2 Ensure that vendors meet or exceed their contractual obligations by delivering quality products and services on time.

5.3 Develop and sustain long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors.

5.4 Meet with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services & negotiate pricing.

5.5 Conduct research on available vendors to determine which ones are the best fit for our ecommerce.

5.6 Identify and track all vendor risks to ensure they have mitigated risks outlined properly or have a plan to mitigate.

5.7 Monitor performance, issues and financial changes within the vendor organization.

5.8 Facilitate and promote vendor management awareness.

6. Requirements :

6.1. Proven experience as a vendor relationship manager or a similar role.

6.2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

6.3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6.4 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6.5 Strong organizational and time-management skills.

6.6 Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

6.7 Have a serviceable & efficient computer or laptop to work remotely.

6.8 Out of Box Thinking Ability to work under deadlines

6.9 Availability to join immediately.

6.10 Work Remotely.
