Roles and Responsibilities :

- Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualise and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals

- Ability to work on various Real Estate related deliverables like Illustrations, propertybrochures/flyers, catalogue & booklets, banners, posters & billboard.

- Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organisational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately.

- Prioritise and manage multiple projects within design specifications.

- Design & managing all in-house Magazines & Newspaper ads.

- Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts which include backdrops, yard signs, letterheads, billboard, posters, and other graphics

- Video Editing and creating brand videos and corporate presentations.

- Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software to ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Work independently as well as cooperatively with the marketing team to create expressivegraphics producing high-quality designs for the company.

- Developing concepts, graphics, and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images,readability, and readers' needs.

Education and Qualification Requirements:- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline.- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Graphic Designing.

Competencies:- Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, such as Adobe Suite - Photoshop,Illustrator, InDesign.- Computer fluency in Mac and PC and Typography knowledge.
