1. Proficient in technical sales and concept sales with technically designing of solutions
2. Understanding of CCTV systems and Alarm systems - fire and intrusion
3. Have done a few industrial automation design
4. Good presentation and speaking skills
5. Potential and confidence to hold CXO level meetings and conversations.
Business :
1. Attain new business/brands associated with Soteria
2. Customer Relationship management to ensure a healthy relation with existing, new and prospective customers
3. Organic Growth of existing customers in the zone
4. Understanding, analysing and designing new model of businesses to attain annual targets
5. Maintaining business Margins
6. Packaging of deals - cross selling
7. Collection with a healthy DDR for the first quarter of new business
