A tele caller specializing in products sales and lead generation is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing and promoting the products & services offered, and generating sales leads.

The primary objective of this role is to engage with prospective customers, build relationships, provide information about copper products. Additionally, the tele caller will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, maintaining a database, and achieving sales targets.


Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.

- Introduce and promote company's products & services to prospects.

- Provide detailed information about the features & benefits of the products.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Generate sales leads through effective lead generation techniques.

- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their potential.

- Maintain a comprehensive and accurate database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions.

- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

- Achieve sales targets and objectives within the specified timeframes.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new product developments in the industry.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

- Familiarity with sales and lead generation techniques.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

- Good listening skills and attention to detail.

- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM systems or databases.

- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.

- Target-oriented mindset and the ability to achieve sales goals.

- Prior experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.

- Fluency and proficiency in English language.
