- Strategize and improve content delivery and promotion

- Analysing content marketing strategy to evaluate whether it's working or not

- Content planning, which includes content creation, curation, planning, and research

- As a strategist, the role will have to develop creative ideas on how to engage the audience online and produce engaging content types

- Drive inbound traffic into the CNH platforms and encourage the client to take a profitable business action

- Develop content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all content, and ensure they are followed

- Develop editorial strategy, so content is consistent across all delivery platforms

- Conduct periodic content audits

- Track and calculate content ROI

- Carry primary and secondary research to create original content which scores high on Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness

- Interview key stakeholders, collate notes, validate with secondary research

- Create and publish engaging content consistent with brand personality

- Edit, proofread and improve writers- posts to improve readability and engagement

- Optimise content according to SEO - familiarity with basic SEO tools and techniques is highly desirable

- Manage content distribution on online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic

- Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience's attention

Candidate requirements :

- Impeccable writing skill

- Sharp client interaction ability

- Knowledge of several online tools & platforms that aid in content planning & publication

- Experience in content writing and background in journalism (through education and/or work experience)

- Excellent command on English language (both written and spoken)

- Understanding and experience in copywriting for digital

- Experience in healthcare content
