Sonata Software - Sales Consultant (4-14 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- To identify and lead sales opportunities within GAPbuster Worldwide (GBW)'s existing and future clients that drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability across regional markets.
Reports to: Head of Global Sales
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the achievement of company sales and growth targets
- Achieve regional targets set in the sales budget
- Drive inorganic growth by working closely with GBW's Client Servicing Managers to understand existing clients, their programmes and CX measurements
- Utilising account planning methodologies, work with Client Servicing Team to scope out broader based measurement opportunities, in terms of:
o Complementary measurements to drive value with existing client contacts
o Establishing broader client teams with other responsibilities within the same geography
o Identify alternative client teams with the same or alternative responsibilities within alternative geographies
- Utilise GBW's credentials to create compelling propositions that drive awareness, interest and engagement with GBW.
- Establish a broad-based understanding of the sector in which our clients operate, utilise current / future trends as a means of driving need-based opportunities.
- Utilise our established pool of evaluators to ascertain sector / client / competitor insights that drive engagement opportunities - positioning GBW as thought leaders.
- Work closely with Head of Global Sales to shape a strategic sales capability that grows market opportunities across regions.
- Provide support and assistance in the delivery of responses to RFI and RFP requests.
- Support the development of an SEO strategy by generating content from your activities that can be used to generate footfall on the GBW website.
- Contribute to ongoing product and marketing innovations as required
- Participate in program design improvements by communicating high level client feedback to relevant stakeholders within GAPbuster
- Other duties as may be reasonably required
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Proven track record in managing a sales function to deliver business growth
- Ability to develop compelling proposals that are clear, focused and relevant to client's needs
- Good use of English language
- Strong people / interpersonal skills - ability to work well with clients and teams across geos
- International business experience preferable, but not a necessity
Required Experience:
- MBA preferable
- 4-8 years relevant sales management and business development experience
