Sonata Software - Manager - Business Development - ISV/Data (8-13 yrs)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Solution Offerings :
- Working closely with Competency teams in building solutions for the Data and ISV verticals
- Prior working with ISV or data (preferable) solutions will help.
- Market Sonata's services offerings such as transformational outsourcing, Digital solutions and products, product engineering etc, to our focus customer segments and driving new business revenues
GTM Plans :
- Develop strategic marketing plans for each service line, including :
- Tracking market trends and evolving customer needs / tech trends
- Review and repositioning of existing service offerings & defining new service offerings,
- Sales Enablement & marketing messaging
- Develop and Go-to-market plan in consultation with Geography Sales teams (US, UK, MEA, India, APAC) and Practice Groups
- Drive the execution of the Go-to-Market (GTM) plan activities, for new business generation
- Competition tracking & differentiation :
- Prepare GTM plan for the ISV vertical Offerings - with Collaboration between Marketing, Sales and Competency teams
- Understanding of ISV market, data technologies is desirable
- Understanding of platform relevant technologies like cloud, data, mobility etc will be useful.
Lead Generation :
- Generate Leads through DG & Marketing Campaigns, Personal/Social connects
- Generating leads through Event Participations and Sponsorships
Business Targets :
- Responsible for achieving set business revenue targets and opportunities for each service line, orchestrating our sales pursuits to prospects / customers and ensuring a differentiated positioning for our services, to enable new wins
Sales / Pre-Sales
- Own the ISV Vertical part of the solution for RFP responses and provide other relevant content to Pre-Sales
- Enable Sales team with Solution capabilities, knowledge
- Participate in calls with prospects and present the retail capabilities
- Market Research and Benchmarking
- Market Trends
- Competition Analysis and benchmarking
- Updated content for collaterals, website for the relevant areas events
- Identify and shortlist relevant events; prepare for participation with theme and content
- ISV / Data tech capabilities collaterals - Decks, Brochures, docs and materials as required for a prospective customer
- Writing and Publishing Whitepapers, POVs and other insightful articles
