job Description Responsibilities Of Candidates Include :
- Inform Customers About Company's Products/Services And Offers
- Manage Inbound And Outbound Customer Calls In A Timely Manner
- Ask Questions To Understand Customer Requirements And Close Sales.
- Direct Prospects To The Field Sales Team When Needed.
- Enter And Update Customer Information In The Database.
- Go The - Extra Mile- To Meet Sales Quota And Facilitate Future Sales.
- Keep Records Of Calls And Sales And Note Useful Information.
- Identify Customer's Needs And Convince The Customer To Buy The Product/Service.
- Gain Comprehensive Product/Service Knowledge And Clarify Information Wherever Required.
- Ability To Be On Phone For A Long Time And Familiar Using Dial-er Systems
- Comfortable To Work On Laptop/Customer.
Preferable candidate - From FINTECH Industry/ Banking/ Insurance/ BPO
Qualification- Any Graduation
Salary- RS-8000-RS-11000+ Lucrative Incentive
Office time 10 a.m. to 6 .pm.
