Solytics Partners - Inside Sales/Lead Generation Role (0-3 yrs)

We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist who will be responsible for working in the Inside Sales team primarily on lead generation and validation and outreach, maintaining and updating the CRM, etc.

Responsibilities :

(Initially)

This role will slowly evolve to include ownership of accounts and doing market outreach, follow-ups, and client relationship management.

- Lead generation, validation, and database maintenance in line with the firm's strategy and services and product offerings

- Ensuring proper data quality through regular clean-ups and database refreshes

- Collaborating with the Sales, Presales, and Inside Sales teams to ensure lead generations is done in advance of their outreach plan

- Provide analytical support to the Sales, Presales, and Inside Sales teams on all pertinent MIS requirements

(Later on)

- Doing strategic market outreach for all of the firm's services and solutions

- Relationship management for existing clients and warm prospects through planned, meticulous follow-ups

- Perform sporadic market research, competitor analysis, market sizing etc. for our products and services

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Gradudates/ PGs in business management with finance background

- Strong understanding of the financial services industry with focus on risk management, compliance, and data analytics

- Adept at working with unstructured data to derive actionable insights - very strong expertise in using MS Office suite

- Preferably 1-2 years- work experience in an Inside Sales organization.

- Technology experience: Sales CRM tools like Salesforce and Zoho, Databases like Zoominfo, and others like LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.

- Sharp problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Self-starter with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

- Hands-on experience with various lead generation & qualification processes

- Willingness to walk extra mile to deliver superlative outcomes
