Solveda - Inside Sales Representative (4-8 yrs)
Role Description :
- Build, manage & update all data records prospect list
- Good with data mining - primary & secondary research
- Work in alignment with organization objective - strategic & tactical
- Expected to contribute both independently & with teams smoothly
- Contacting prospective clients through calls, messages, emails etc.
- Lead generation through various modes like cold-calling, emails, LinkedIn etc.
- Need to perform qualification checks at different stages of cold calling
- Required to do daily email, calls, etc. to explain our solutions and schedule demo appointments with prospects
- Updating all information gathered across conversations to the CRM tool
- Aggressive follow-ups with prospective cases for better conversions/closures
- Coordination with Sales/BDM's for lead conversion & smoothly functioning of the process
- Responsible for assisting supporting Sales/BD manager across complete sales cycle right from lead generation to payment follow-ups
- Will be responsible for achieving quarterly sales targets - basis leads/revenue generated
- Able to refine the given data to improve quality of it as per the need of campaign
- Ability to understand client accents over phone & build meaningful conversations
- Should be flexible to adapt work hours & timings as per the need of campaign to execute with desired geography.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Must have excellent oral & written English language skills
- Experience in Inside sales would be a plus
