Roles & Responsibilities:
- Able to fix meetings with CXO level.Awareness of lead generation sources and able to generate the leads. Frequent interaction with the Business development team.
- Average 90% of New business target/Closer should achieve month on month.
- Acquiring Competition clients on specified region & data assigned.
- Maintaining the healthy sales funnel by making maximum research.
- Should maintain average selling price on SMS & Voice given by the manager.
- Maintain Monthly sales reports & updating the same in Spread sheet without fail.
- Should be 100% complaint towards new business operations and client servicing.
- Periodic review with Managers - weekly, monthly, quarterly.
- Ensure 100% attendance in all AHMs and team meetings.
- Participate in knowledge sharing forum including cross functional team members.
- Proactively participate in all the training programs set by the Manager and Management internally and externally. - Participating monthly reward program for Discipline, Performance, efforts & Excellence in the work group. Preparing - Case studies if require etc. Learn & adapt all core values of SI and display it internally with team and externally with customers. Capable of giving online demo to the client and close the same.
- Hands on experience in LinkedIn.
Requirements:
- Work experience of 1-2 years.
- Language: Hindi and English.
- Prior experience as inside sales or Marketing coordinator.
- Strong communication skills.
CTC: Upto 3.5 lpa
