Job Description
Our growing company needs an experienced and resourceful Business Development Manager to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We- re searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations. One must have experience in researching market trends, targeting relationships and using proven methods to develop and execute our business strategy. One must have at least 3 years of experience with IT Service provider company.
Requirements
Key Result Areas:
- Assist in creating & executing strategies for business growth
- Achieving sales targets of company for assigned segments
- Creating new channel partners and business avenues
- Generate proposals / contracts for clients and ensure compliance with support of Pre-sales / BA team
- Act as relationship manager and escalation point to clients
- Managing performance of team members assigned
Additional Roles:
- Complying company's processes and documentation standards for sales
- Assist in creating marketing campaigns and attend expos / events
- Coaching team members
- Helping HR team in building sales team
- Being brand ambassador of company
- Coordinate with other departments to achieve customer delight
Reports Expected:
- Managing CRM of company
- Sales report for Self + Team performance
Key Performance Indicator
- Team Sales Target (including own)
- Client Satisfaction / Retention in sync with Delivery Head (COO)
- Timely Payment from accounts managed
- Client Testimonials
- Partnerships for repeat business
