Key responsibilities :
1. Bringing traditional and creative ideas on how to grow marketing KPIs
2. Working on A/B testing of those ideas
3. Analyzing the data and users' feedback
4. Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with other departments (sales, content, top management) in order to present results and make the services more user-centric
5. Defining the content calendar each month based on the campaign we are focusing for that month
6. Providing proper inputs on collaterals and website content
7. Driving traffic to the website, landing pages, social media, and apps
8. Understanding conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks & apply CRO hacks to any businesses
9. Working on a lean startup process
10. Working with the AARRR sales metrics diagram (acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue)
11. Prioritizing growth channels
12. Optimizing channels in order to always improve the performance of one's business
13. Scaling and automating the growth processes
14. Working on referral marketing and creating viral growth
