2. Shift : Fixed Day Shift - 10:00 am - (7:00 pm Weekend Off)

4. CTC : 2.40 LPA - 6.50 LPA
5. Interview Process :
- 1st Round Interview - Telephonic Round Interview
- 2nd Round Interview - Walk-in Interview - Floor Manager
- 3rd Round Interview - Sales Head, Director
6. Experience : Minimum two year's experience in B2B selling industry.
Role Details :
- Looking for a result-oriented Sales / Business Development Executive for Mumbai and Chennai.
- Basic knowledge in Direct Selling to enterprise clients. Should have a successful track record of achieving day-to-day business activity.
- Must have exposure to interaction with senior-level executives and should have excellent communication & relationship management skills.
- Build up a strong understanding of Messaging business both from a product perspective as well as from a market perspective.
- Should have basic industry ideas in direct selling and a good track record in the acquisition of new clients.
- Actively seek and enable new revenue opportunities.
- Understand and analyze customers' business needs, technical requirements, and current challenges. Position the right offering accordingly, highlighting the relevant product capabilities to demonstrate value.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying to scoping the opportunity, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating, and closing business
Skills Required :
- MBA/PG/BE
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven B2B Sales track record of exceeding targets.
- Fluency in English and local language.
- Ability and willingness to deliver in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and PowerPoint
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
- Excellent email drafting and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to present and sell with ease.
- Strong people skills.
- Basic knowledge in solution selling and the ability to cross-sell products in large enterprises.
- Work with new and existing clients to drive business and revenue through product enhancement and product marketing.
- Responsible for basic domain knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of selling to BFSI, FMCG, E-commerce, Pharma, and Retail Clients
