Solitaire - Site Head - Sales & Marketing (10-20 yrs)
Job Description
- Responsible for Planning and Execution of Channel Partner Sales Plan to achieve targeted revenue.
- Build relationship & Liaise with Key Channel Partners, ICP, IPC and Local Brokers to source deals.
- Plan the new product launch sales strategy and execute the same in collaboration with Direct Sales, Strategy and Marketing teams.
- Formulation of Deal Closure strategy, Sales Process and Sales team Training to increase Deal closure conversion rate.
- Leading a team of People Leaders and Sales Managers to execute Site closure process and channel partner sales plan.
- Meeting and Negotiating with HNI customers to close sales Transactions.
- Creating and executing Loyalty and Referral Program to drive sales from existing customers and referrals.
- Creation of reporting formats to track, monitor and manage sales team performance, customer pipeline, leads, channel partners, activities and marketing spends.
- Review and analyse Team sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness and to take corrective actions.
- Create and manage budgets while optimizing expenses for Channel Partner Strategy execution, Direct and Indirect Marketing activities, promotional events and programs.
- Manpower planning to ensure optimum utilization of resources.
- Leading & Developing Sales teams to deliver business objectives.
- Conducting thorough micro market research to understand competition offerings, marketing and pricing strategy.
- Provide the Management, Marketing and strategy teams with inputs on product pricing, competition and marketing communication.
- Over looking the hospitality of the customers on the floor through facility team
No. of projects to be handled - approx. 3 to 4 (depending on the size and volume of revenue).
