- Participating in negotiations with the Prospect Clients in Commercial Properties & bringing deals to a closure.
- Meeting targeted number of Deal Closures every month.
- Delivering targeted top line as per the projected business plan by meeting sales targets.
- Build relationships and close new business opportunities.
- Commercially & visually aware to drive sales, managed profit & loss and increasing organizational profitability.
- A team player with effective communication, exceptional analytical, negotiation & relationship management skills.
- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major clients including government, institutional and corporate accounts, retail customers, HNI & NRI customers; liaising with site manager & real estate channel partners, providing products details and facilitating site visit and closing sales from corporate office.
Channel Partner :
- Generating sales from various Channel Partners.
- Strategizing various schemes for sales promoters on regular basis.
- Providing Training to the newly joined Business Development Officers
- Sales generation for a real estate portfolio comprising of luxury residences:
- Delivering targeted top line as per the business plan by meeting sales targets.
- Projection and maintenance of luxury real estate brand attitude and delivering positive customer experience.
- Proposing and implementing sales promotion activities for the project.
- Participating in negotiations and bringing deals to a closure.
- Regular analysis of sales trends and coming up with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tool.
- Organising the BTL activities for increasing the visibility of project.
