SolarSquare - Team Leader - Sales (4-6 yrs)

Faridabad/Noida/Lucknow/UP/Haryana/Kanpur Job Code: 330412

- Build business by organizing sales visits for existing leads, identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.

- Manage 3-4 Solar Consultants in the base location, set targets and help them in achieving the same

- Daily Reporting of sales activities to the ZSM

- Identify business opportunities by identifying new channels and channel partners

- Sell by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending and upselling solutions.

- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; recommending profit and service improvements.

- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.

- Enabling on-ground marketing events

- Building and maintaining a CRM database.

- Participating in sales team meetings.

Requirement :

- Should have 4 - 6 years of experience in B2C field sales

- Should have min 2 years of team handling experience

- Qualification : Any Engineer Background/MBA prefered
